Symbionese Liberation Army collection, 1973-1974.

The collection contains material related to the Symbionese Liberation Army from 1973-1974. The majority of the collection consists of black and white photographs taken for the Los Angeles Examiner in 1974. Photographs document two raids on Symbionese Liberation Army hideouts. There is also a photograph of Angela Davis following her release from jail in 1974. Photographs published in the Los Angeles Examiner have clippings of the published article on the back of the photograph. The collection also contains issues of the "SLA Communique" from 1973-1974 and a "Declaration of Revolutionary War and the Symbionese Program" from 1973.
